Why am I asking you to do this?

Our body is the first home we live in, yet many of us take it for granted until health problems appear. By asking you to reflect on your physical health, the goal is not to judge, but to create awareness. Small indicators such as how easily you climb stairs, how long you can walk, or how energetic you feel during the day tell us a lot about your overall well-being.

This assessment is meant to make you pause and observe these small but important aspects of your fitness. It’s a simple starting point—a way to hold a mirror to your current health status.

What are the benefits of doing this?

  • Self-awareness: You become more conscious of your stamina, flexibility, breathing, and energy levels.
  • Tracking progress: Repeating this assessment every few months lets you notice changes and improvements.
  • Motivation: When you see where you stand today, you feel encouraged to improve step by step.
  • Goal setting: Helps you set small, realistic, and achievable goals like “I will increase my walking time by 10 minutes” or “I will aim for 7 hours of sleep.”
  • Early signals: Difficulty in simple tasks like walking or shortness of breath can be early indicators to take better care.

What is this assessment about?

This is not a medical test. It is a self-reflection tool to understand:

  • Stamina – how much effort you can sustain (walking, running, climbing stairs).
  • Strength – simple movements like push-ups or squats.
  • Flexibility – the ability to stretch or move freely.
  • Breathing & endurance – holding your breath or doing activities without shortness of breath.
  • Daily energy & lifestyle – sleep, rest, and energy levels.

By answering these 10 simple questions honestly, you will get a clearer picture of your physical state. Remember, the aim is progress, not perfection.
